             Gressingham duck breast smoked in house with bourbon served with bbq gem lettuce & a ranch dressing

                    Hand picked Torquay crab infused with lemon & basil served with sourdough bread & seaweed flakes

                                                 Goats cheese & Vanilla Beetroot

                     Warm goats cheese, variations of beetroot oat crumb served with sous vide egg yolk
